Are there any additives?
When will I receive my final invoice?
Final invoices will be emailed once we have a hanging weight, generally October through November. If you have not received your invoice in that time, please check your junk folder.
When will I hear from you?
Please don’t be surprised that you won’t hear from us until this fall. We plan to start processing cattle mid to late October and will begin shipping beef as soon as we have it cut, wrapped, and frozen (and the weather allows).
When will I know shipping & handling?
Why is my shipping weight less than billed weight?
You will be invoiced as referenced on examples for hanging weight which will differ from actual finished/shipping weight. Please remember that this is less than the hanging weight, as the inedible portions of the carcass have been removed.
Is beef shipped frozen?
How will I be notified when my order is ready for pickup?
Once it is received at the final destination by the associated freight company they will call or email you for pick-up. Please allow at least 1-3 weeks after receiving your final invoice.
How much time will I have to pick up my order?
I paid my invoice weeks ago, why have not received my order?
Please be patient. Shipping time varies depending on weather and carrier availability and may be weeks after payment. We are unable to provide tracking between locations and exact shipping times.
What do I do if I need to cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order please notify us by September 1, 2022. We will be unable to change orders after that date. Deposit refunds will not be given after that date.
Cancellations, special shipping requests and changes.
Deposits are non-refundable after September 1, 2022. Changes cannot be made to orders after September 1, 2022. Special shipping requests must be noted on the original order form or sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before September 1, 2022.
